According to Microsoft, a problem in the update is affecting the ability of Outlook to connect to Exchange.
Microsoft had delayed the security updates of Microsoft Exchange a month from the November patch Tuesday.
Many other updates were withdrawn in 2013.
It has been removed from all channels until they fix it.
