
Whenever establishing a connection is attempted by accessing the WIFI/NETWORK option from the system tray, the connection freezes. This happens while using Meraki Client VPN, the cause of such problem is a bug in windows 10.

While delving in the Meraki event log, following list appears.

The error arise again as soon as plurality of connections are established or when, the laptop went to sleep. Even, when the client is reboot the issues is not resolved.
SOLUTION:
Above stated cause of this problem is a bug in Windows 10 because when you establish a connection via Windows Settings then it is resolved. As shown in the screenshot below :
